How does the SOS button and crash detection work?

Accepted Answer

The SOS button is always accessible on the main screen - just hold for 3 seconds. It immediately sends your GPS position to configured emergency contacts along with an alert. Crash detection uses phone sensors to recognize an accident. Upon detection, you have 30 seconds to cancel, otherwise an SOS message is sent automatically. In Premium version, you can set up to 5 emergency contacts and get a direct line to emergency services.

How does Buddy Tracking work during group rides?

Create a private group and invite friends using a code or link. During the ride, you see all members on the map in real-time. If someone separates more than 1 km or stops for more than 5 minutes, you get an alert. You can send quick messages like 'Need to refuel' or 'Technical issue'. After the ride ends, tracking automatically turns off.

How accurate is the weather forecast for the route?

Accepted Answer

We use a combination of multiple meteorological services for maximum accuracy. When planning a route, you see hourly forecast for each section of the journey. We specifically track precipitation, road temperature (important for grip), wind strength and storms. If weather changes during the ride, you get an alert with alternative route or stop suggestions.

How do you protect my data and privacy?

Your security is our priority. We use end-to-end encryption for all sensitive data. Only people you authorize can see your location. We never sell your data to third parties. We comply with GDPR and you have full control over your data.
